Customer-Provided Measurements & Tracings Disclaimer
DuNoir Boot Company – Wilson Boots takes great care in crafting each pair of boots to the measurements and tracings provided at the time of order. However, DuNoir Boot Company – Wilson Boots cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the fit of boots made using measurements or foot tracings provided by the customer or another third party.
Additionally, due to natural changes in foot size and shape over time, DuNoir Boot Company – Wilson Boots cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the fit of boots made using measurements or tracings that are more than two (2) years old.
For the best possible fit, customers are strongly encouraged to have current measurements and tracings completed by DuNoir Boot Company – Wilson Boots whenever possible.
By authorizing an order using customer-provided measurements or tracings, or measurements and tracings more than two (2) years old, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any fit issues resulting from the use of those measurements or tracings.
CUSTOM BOOT ORDER & RETURN POLICIES
Fit Pair Requirement
Orders using exotic leather or multiple inlays/overlays require the purchase of a basic pair of custom boots first. This allows us to confirm the fit before beginning your more expensive pair.
Returns & Remakes
Boots may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund or remake if they are found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Boots may only be worn indoors as necessary to check fit and must show no signs of wear, including scuffs, dirt, sole wear, or interior wear.
Worn boots are not eligible for refund or remake.
Boots made with custom options, including custom colors, leathers, designs, inlays, overlays, stitching, toe styles, heel styles, or other customer-selected modifications, are non-refundable.
Boots made with customizations or with customer-provided measurements or tracings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If boots are returned because of fit, updated measurements and tracings must be provided. Wilson Boots reserves the right to refuse a remake if updated information is not provided.
Remakes required because of incorrect customer-provided measurements or tracings are at the customer's expense.
The estimated turnaround time for corrections or remakes is 90–120 days from the date Wilson Boots receives the returned boots and updated measurements/tracings.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned boots.
Deposits & Non-Refundable Charges
A non-refundable deposit of $300 or 30% of the total order, whichever is greater, is required when placing an order.
Exotic leather orders require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Premium and exotic leather charges are non-refundable.
Leather Availability & Variations
All leathers and colors are subject to availability. Because leather is a natural material and dye lots vary, differences in color, grain, and texture may occur. While we work to maintain consistency, an exact color or texture match cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship USPS (United States Postal Service)
for other shipping providers, contact us for a quote.
$55 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots 12"-16" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
$65 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots under 12" or 17"-18" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
$75 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots over 18" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, add $135.00
Please contact us for a rate quote for shipping outside of the US and Canada.
We provide shipping insurance on all shipments at the value to replace your boots. All shipments are sent signature required and tracking will be provided to you when they ship, from USPS.
