EXOTICS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO COST OF HIDES.
We will work with you in a friendly and professional manner regarding the fit of your boots. Please allow 6 weeks for boots requiring corrections to be returned.
All leathers and colors are subject to availability. We work hard to provide consistency in the color and texture of our leathers, however, dye lots may vary from batch to batch and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We generally ship using USPS (United States Postal Service).
We charge a flat fee of $50 for shipping and insurance through USPS in the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii & Canada, add $125.00
If you require delivery through a company other than USPS, just let us know and we will work with you on other arrangements.
Shipping outside of the US and Canada varies - we will have to check and get back to you with an estimate on shipping charges.
