THE FINE PRINT
Boots may be returned for refund or remake within ten business days of delivery, if found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Boots may not have been worn beyond that necessary to check fit (indoors, no wear marks inside or out, scuffing, presence of dirt etc...); we reserve the right to deny a refund or remake if the boots are worn. Boots made with customizations and/or customer provided measurements and tracings are non-returnable/non-refundable. We also reserve the right to refuse a remake if the customer does not provide updated tracings and measurements. All remakes due to incorrect measurements and/or tracings provided by the customer will be at the customer's expense.
Turn around time for boots requiring corrections or remakes is 90-120 days from receipt of boots and updated tracings/measurements. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all boots returned.
A $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOTS AT TIME OF ORDER.
A $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL EXOTIC ORDERS.
PREMIUM AND EXOTIC LEATHER CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All leathers and colors are subject to availability. We work hard to provide consistency in the color and texture of our leathers, however, dye lots may vary from batch and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

for other shipping providers, contact us for a quote.

$55 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots 12"-16" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
$65 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots under 12" or 17"-18" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
$75 flat fee for shipping and insurance on boots over 18" through USPS in the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, add $135.00

We provide shipping insurance on all shipments at the value you paid for your boots. All shipments are sent signature required and tracking will be provided to you when they ship, from USPS.
